Today I want to share my experience of my 4 days trip. It was the first time I went to Rajasthan. I had this trip with my cousin brother. We both had for the first time went to the trip alone. He is from Mumbai. So, the plan we made was he came to Ahmedabad and then from Ahmedabad we will travel together to Udaipur the city of lakes.
The plan was as below: We would start our journey at night in bus from Ahmedabad. We had booked 11:30 Pm bus from Ahmedabad. It takes about 6 hours to reach Udaipur. We reached Udaipur at early morning 6:00 AM. Took auto to our hotel. We booked place called Zostel. It was amazing to be there it’s a kind of hostel.
Day 1:
We started our day with a good cup of tea. Went to terrace of the building and watched sun rise. Then we got ready and went to nearby ghats and roamed to the near by places.

Then we went for the lunch and explored the temples nearby.

Then we went to the “City Palace of Udaipur”. It’s a huge palace and many tourists gathered from different parts of the world to see that beautiful palace. It was built by Maharana Udai Singh II. Once you enter the palace it has a slant entrance. There is one Elephant statue and the main attraction is a Cage that was that is placed to capture tigers. I am sharing the images of it.

Then we moved to different sections of City Palace. There are many things inside the city palace that if I share the images, it will be in 100’s. Sharing some of the images from that collection. City palace is a place where we have ancient memorabiles and luxurious rooms and ancient war with different items.

From there we went to Udaipur’s famous lake Pichola. We had done boating in it and enjoyed it. Form lake pichola we went to out resting palace Zostel and we ended our day.

Day 2:
We started our day with renting a scooter. Once we got the Scooter, we planned to roam Udaipur on two wheels. We went for long drive outside of Udaipur and spend whole day in it.
Summary day 2:
The day schedule was we went to roam in the morning outside Udaipur on National highway. Then we went to Shilpgram one of the best places in Udaipur for art lovers. After shilpgram we went to Monsoon palace and zoo near by and this is how we ended or day.

After this roaming we reached one Mall in between of the highway. We didn’t knew any road we just kicked our scooter and here we go.

It was Christmas time so mall was decorated with stars and Christmas trees. After this we had our lunch in the mall and set out for Shilpgram.
We reached Shilpgram at like 3 PM and then till 5 we enjoyed Shipgram. It is the best place if you are looking for art and traditions.

In Shilpgram we enjoyed the traditional Rajasthani dance and folk music. Many things were to explore. Dance, Art, Place, Nature, People etc.

Then we moved to zoo and monsoon palace and captured the sunset pics.

At Monsoon Place tourist some to see the Sunset. It’s the sunset point viewing point. The road to reach monsoon palace is zigzag road. To drive scooter in that is a different experience.

This was out last night in Udaipur. Next morning, we travelled to Nathdwara. Beautiful night in City of Udaipur
Day 3:
We started our day left Zostel and picked up the bus to Nathdwara. We reached Nathdwara at 12: 30PM and stayed Gujarati bhavan. The main attraction in Nathdwara is Lord Shreenathiji Temple. Nathdwara is also at know as Shreenathji. Devotees form different part of the world come to come this temple. However, we don’t have permissions to take images of the temple.
Summary of Day 3:
We reached at 12:30. Had lunch. And went to temple for darshan at 3:15 PM. Again at 5 we went to the temple for next darshan and aarti. And this rest time we roamed in Nathdwara and had tea and famous foods of the place.

Day 4:
MWe went to place near Nathdwara called Kankroli. It is again a place of worshipping Lord Krishna “Dwarkadheesh Temple”. We stayed there till 12 noon and return back to Nathdwara.
From Nathdwara I travelled back to Ahmedabad and my cousin went back to Mumbai.
