Heart broken? I got the best advice for that. Coming from me and based on my real life experience I would like to share something, one of the most memorable moments of life. From moving-on turns to a life changing once in a lifetime trip.
It was September, I woke up in misery but the next thing I knew, I already booked a ticket going to Singapore, impulsive it is, but I know it’s the perfect timing to go somewhere where my feet lead to.
The moment I landed in Singapore, my heart knew that from that moment everything would change, cried for weeks but ended up having heaven sent work, and that time I enjoyed every single day that I am in Singapore.
And who would have thought I would end up working in this hidden gem in Sentosa. Yes, it is in Sentosa Cove. How to get there? When you’re in Vivo City, you may take the Sentosa Express going to the Beach Station, wait for the Bus B and alight in W Singapore Hotel. Voila! You already found a paradise, the best place to chill and relax. Order some snacks and drinks and enjoy the view and amenities.
Giving you a glimpse of my everyday view of my favorite workplace. Miska Cafe, 31 Ocean Way, 01-07, Sentosa Cove.
The view that never fails to disappoint. Luxurious yachts are everywhere! This in Sentosa Cove.
I would love to give you more ideas of what else this place can offer, a not-so-common place to go. Again, it’s still in Sentosa. Like Palawan Beach and many more. Tip: Bus B can bring you to nice places.
Don’t forget these treats! Ice cream sandwiches are famous and can be found anywhere in the city.
Don’t worry, the long queue is worth the wait! A must try, Irvins.
Night walks can never go wrong. City lights are somehow giving good vibes after a long day. Best place to go is Raffles Place. Lot’s of Hawker Place around, serving the best food too.
Random artwork on the subways are always my favorite photo subject. This in Vivocity.
But you can’t be in Singapore without going here, your trip will be totally incomplete without this, the Gardens by the Bay alongside the grandiose Marina Bay Sands hotel, this is the place I go during my day-offs with new friends. It’s fun and entertaining.
Another dream came true for me! A cable car experience in Mount Faber Singapore (SGD 13.00-SGD 25.00). One of the best rides I tried when I was in Singapore, the extreme feeling, unexplainable but a memorable one.
Best view at the top! (Inside the Cable Car)
Leaving Singapore after my contract is such a bittersweet. It was one hell of a ride experience that I will truly treasure in my heart. I am glad that I abruptly booked that ticket without what would happen next. I am glad I find the healing i need and complete happiness after all.
Follow your heart, and everything will be alright.
